"Fantastic hotel. We returned after 20 years (now with kids of 9 and 13) and had again a fantastic vacation at The Buccaneer. The beaches, pool and tennis courts are very nice and a very serviceminded staff made our stay unforgettable. Love the place and will be returning."
"Both of our rooms were unfortunately smelling of mold as soon as we started the air conditioning. It never disappeared even when we changed the rooms.
The hotel has too many restrictions for us. We had a meeting with our attorney as we were planning to make an investment on the island, and as he had to bring along his son of 3 years, we were not allowed to stay inside the hotel. The meeting then had to take place in the parking lot outside the hotel... We were quite shocked by this unnecessary...
