Cozy Quiet Beachfront Studio with Awesome Ocean View

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our remodeled studio in Daytona Beach Shores. This charming space features a cozy queen bed and new blackout curtains. Perfect for a restful nights sleep. Guests can relax on the southeast facing balcony and enjoy gorgeous sunrises over the ocean. The pool is brand new! We have a new sea wall and stairs as well. Very easy access to the beach! The kitchen has full size fridge, oven, microwave, cooktop, keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker. All the utensils to stay in and cook. Relax on the cozy loveseat and watch TV. We have a smart TV for streaming as well as Spectrum Cable TV. High-speed WIFI included and we have plenty of plugs and outlets. Our bathroom is large with plenty of storage . We have a shower/tub combo with handicapped bars if needed. There are plenty of drawers and storage space for clothes as well and space to hang clothes. We also provide beach chairs and Beach towels. Coin Laundry with change machine is on the 1st floor. Our place is perfect for a couple or single. We only have one queen bed and the loveseat is not a pullout. The building is very quiet and the area of Daytona is also quiet. There is plenty of outside(not covered)parking. The Daytona Diner is attached to the building. It's a 1950s style diner open for breakfast and lunch.
Walking distance is miniature golf, paddle board rental, Dollar General, Liquor Store, Salty Pint Pub, Rileys Coney House, IHOP, Post office and brand new ALDI is being built!(should be finished by November 2026).
