"Such welcoming staff and a very clean place to stay. We enjoyed the welcome booklet with information about the community and that it was up to date. We enjoyed discovering new things because of the information from the booklet. Such a nice surprise. The elevator needed a bit of maintenance done as some buttons were not working. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working and the a/c unit didn’t keep a constant temperature, but would work if we turned it off and then back on every few hours."

There was a couple moving their belongings from one room across the parking lot to another room all night long. They were living at the motel. "It was a clean, standard hotel that met my expectation of what La Quinta represents. I got the sense it was understaffed. When checking in, only one person was working at the desk and theree were 7 people waiting. But the front desk staff was very courteous. Breakfast was minimalistic and staff was not friendly. "The hosts were amazing! We had a collision with a buck on our way & they met us on arrival to see if we were OK. The bunkhouse is a cool throwback to ranching days. I loved the shower set up! They had all the pots, pans, dishes, etc. needed to cook dinner and breakfast. It's off the beaten path, so very peaceful! "
