"Cosy and modern hotel and very service minded staff. It is very clean everywhere. It is a little far from town, but they have a shuttle bus. Unfortunately they only drive back and forth 4 times a day (that could be increased to 6 times). Very nice breakfast, but as it is served a la carte you must expect some waiting time. It is very quiet and pleasant. If you need more hustle you can go to the other hotel across the Street where you can sit overlooking the river"

"Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Courtney Lodge. Such a great place to relax after a day at the Falls or a safari, felt very calm and personal. The management arranged all our activities which was so helpful and removed stress. Both the owners and the Staff were so lovely and made such an effort to make our stay special. "Batonka Lodge was booked as part of a package trip that we did to Africa. However, we extended our trip so stayed two additional nights at the Lodge. The lodge is small compared to some other places that have recently been built or being built but it was just right. It had a really cozy colonial feel to it.
