The Providence Community enjoys a fantastic location. It has 24/7 gated security, beautiful woodland grounds with three lakes, and of course a splendid golf course.
There is a Residents Clubhouse with range of facilities including a large communal pool with children's slide, a lap pool, a separate fitness center, tennis courts, and children's playground.

Providence Community Recreation Facilities Use Policy for Short Tern Rental Guests, effective May 1, 2024:

Each short-term rental guest will receive 1 complimentary use of community pools and fitness center during their stay.

For additional use, a $10 per day usage fee applies per guest. Any children under the age of 16 will be exempt from the fee and must be accompanied by an adult. This fee will only apply if rental guests decide to use the community pools or gym. There is no cost to use the other ammenities such as tennis counts & playground.

An optional weekly pass for $40 per guest can also be purchased instead of paying the daily rate. Weekly pass holders will be provided a color wristband for weekly use.

*Parking on driveway for 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking, or parking on the grass or over sidewalks. Violations subject to towing by resort. Excess vehicles must park at the golf course parking. Passes available at the following prices: Regular passenger vehicle: $10+tax/per day. Utility or oversized vehicles $20+tax/night. Four exterior security cameras in use for guest security and home security when villa is not being rented. No view of any private spaces including outdoor pool/patio area or interior.
