Fabulous 4 bed villa with south facing pool and spa

Our privately owned, Mediterranean style villa is located in the tranquil surroundings of the prestigious gated community of WaterSong. We are less than 20 minutes from Disneyworld, with other Orlando attractions being an easy drive away and several championship golf courses close by. The Interstate-4 highway is 10 minutes away making the white sands of the Gulf Beaches very accessible. A short drive south is the area of “100 Lakes” for fishing and experience of the real Florida !

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults. With high ceilings all rooms are light and airy, there is air-conditioning throughout the home with ceiling fans in every room. We have a super US King-size Master bedroom with en-suite and sliding door access to the lanai. The second bedroom is a US Queen-size with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.  There is a TV in each bedroom.

After a hectic day at a theme park or shopping, relax and unwind in our larger than average south-facing 30’ x 15’ pool with a raised spa. It looks out over a large conservation area so we are not over-looked. Underwater lighting adds atmosphere to any evening swim. The deck is furnished with table, chairs and loungers, sitting under the fan on the lanai will keep you cool as you listen to the serenade of the birds and cicadas at twilight.

Being in full sun from 9-6 every day gives you plenty of opportunity to keep the tan topped up. And do not be surprised to have a visit from one of the local families of 36' tall Sandhill cranes!

Full width double-sliding doors bring the pool-deck into the lounge, you can sit on the comfy sofa with a book and still enjoy the view. We have converted the garage into a games room where you can hone up your skills on the pool table or challenge someone to an air-hockey battle. Or simply have some family entertainment in the lounge watching the upgraded cable-TV, a DVD or a board game - some DVDs, games and books are provided for our guests to use.

The fully-fitted kitchen has everything you need for dining in. There is a large range cooker with overhead microwave/extractor and a fridge/freezer with water and crushed ice dispensers. We have a formal dining area with an extendable table with place settings for up to 8 people. If you do not want to cook, then phone for a take-out - calls to all US numbers are free to our guests, use the free wireless broadband internet access to Google (c) for restaurants.

We know that you are on holiday but if you need to do laundry there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. All bed linen and towels are provided.

For your peace of mind there is a safety-fence around the pool which can be removed for easier access, and there is a monitored security alarm system. For the comfort of all guests our home is non-smoking, however we will permit smoking on the lanai.

WaterSong is a community built among ponds and conservation areas. It has a spacious clubhouse with facilities including cybercafe, fitness room, large communal pool and kiddies play area. These are all open to you, our guests, at no extra cost.

Our home is maintained by Homes of America Management. They are available during office hours to resolve any problems or questions about our home and they are on-call 24 hours for any emergency.

* Pool and spa heating can be added to your booking for an additional $30 per night of stay - (please note that an additional trip charge of $25 will be added to switch on/off the pool heating outside of your arrival or departure date)
* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for an additional fee. Please ask for details.
