"Landscaping could be tidier, especially the dormant pools. Room color themes could be more cheerful. But the location and the sea makes up for all the minor shortcoming! Love it! Oh, food is great too, don't go around exploring as they serve better food at better prices."

"Thank you"

"Good hotel"

"I was very disappointed on the check in day. First time I met an unfriendly and rude attitude reception, Hưng. The room was booked with a garden view. But it didn’t have any view which was different in the web photo. I complaining about it. Hung said that is the name of the room. Later I found out, it was the worst room of the first floor. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. Customer can only choose one meal and a drink from the menu. I know that was week day, not many customers but...

"Rooms need a serious renovation, the cable car is old and needs safety upgrade... Food menu is limited and the park is outdated and empty. Staff are nice and helpful as much as they can, ok for one or two days"

"This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! See photo from Street View The apartment is very dirty, and a danger hazard with plug sockets hanging off the walls, light switches...
