Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Maximum Occupancy:
- The maximum occupancy of the property is 3 guests. If there is more than 2 guests, please let us know so we can make sure extra linen is put in the property. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

Quiet Hours:
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors` peace and privacy.

Pool Rules:
- Use the pool at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- No glassware or sharp objects in the pool area.

Smoking and Pets:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property due to potential allergies and sensitivities of other guests.

Parties and Events:
- Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted without prior written consent from the host. Small, quiet gatherings may be allowed with host approval.

Cleaning and Rubbish:
- Please keep the property tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning after your departure.
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated bins. The big bin is located in the basement floor
- Please strip all bed linen
- All used towels put on the floor
- All Kitchen equipment please put away clean and leave property tidy.

Damage and Breakages:
- Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported to the host immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.

Respect for Neighbors:
- Be respectful of the neighbors` privacy and tranquility. Keep noise levels down, especially when outdoors.

Security and Locks:
- Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorised individuals.

Amenities and Appliances:
- Use all appliances and amenities (such as the kitchen, laundry, and entertainment systems) responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions. Please clean them before leaving the property
