This is a quiet residential suburb in a new housing estate. There is a McDonalds at the entrance to the estate.

Guests will have full access to the main house (excluding locked storeroom under the stairs) and exclusive use of the pool and outdoor entertainment area.

There is a self contained studio on the ground floor that is rented separately. It has a completely separate external entrance accessed via Reuben Ave. The internal door from the main house through to this studio will be locked at all times.

There is a second self contained unit above the garage accessible only by external stairs (above the patio). The guests in this unit will need to walk through the yard (beside the garage) to access these stairs.

There are no shared amenities or living spaces .

NOTE: There are two self contained studios with external entrances at this property that are rented separately. The studio guests do not have access to the pool or outdoor entertainment area, this is exclusively for use of the main house guests. There are no shared amenities or living spaces. Upstairs studio guests will need to walk through the backyard to access the studio via stairs beside the patio.

• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher. In the butlers pantry there is a microwave, rice cooker, blender, sandwich press, toaster and kettle.

• Main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite with large walk in shower and multiple shower heads and enormous walk-in robe
