Tremorvah is a moment’s walk from Dartmouth’s unique town centre and the many river cruises and ferries. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach, a five-minute drive or a one-hour and half walk away along the South West Coast Path.
Tremorvah is on the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out the front door to enjoy. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear and visit The Daymark to experience the beautiful views.

Inside, the apartment is beautifully presented for up to four guests, with the option to accommodate two additional guests on request (additional cost applies). The open plan living and dining area is modern yet full of character, with large sash windows that flood the space with light and frame the ever-changing scenes of river life beyond. Whether you're curling up on the sofa or gathering around the table, the view is always part of the experience.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, built-in storage, and a contemporary en-suite shower room. Wake up to mesmerising views across to Kingswear and enjoy the peaceful stillness of early mornings on the Dart. A second twin bedroom is equally inviting, bright and airy, with thoughtfully chosen décor and more of those postcard-perfect views.
A third sleeping area, located on the mezzanine level, is available upon request and can be used as either a quiet workspace or a bedroom with two single pull-out beds, ideal for children or extra guests. The main family bathroom includes a full-size bath with an overhead shower, all perfectly positioned to soak in the view (and the bubbles).
Down below, a private patio area awaits. Your own secluded outdoor spot, ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks or a relaxed BBQ after a day exploring. Sheltered and sun-soaked, it’s a hidden gem tucked away just below the apartment.

Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, you can pull up to unload in front of the main entrance to the property to load and unload. Between 1st October and 30 April there are lots of free and unlimited spaces throughout the town, the majority of those being on 'Southtown' which is the road leading up to the entrance or 'Embankment Road' which is the road that runs along the entire river.
The main central car park located is just a 10 minute walk from the property and can be controlled using the PaybyPhone App or alternatively, the Just Park app can offer local alternatives.
During the main season (May-September) the 'Park and Ride' offers the best solution with regular buses running through the day.
Mezzanine Floor:
The two additional beds are available on request and do attract an additional charge of £25 per person per day.

From 1st November – 31st March, Guests will be given a starter pack for the log burner however, we provide details of where to buy more throughout your holiday in the welcome folder/guide.
