Given the Apartment is on the ground floor with only one step to navigate, this might be suited for anyone with mobility issues or young children.

Just 30 metres from one of the town’s best viewpoints, you can start your day with morning coffee overlooking the river or watch the sunset paint the sky in the evening. From here it is only a short stroll to the harbour, embankment, shops, cafés and restaurants, with the town centre minutes away.
On your doorstep you will find Dartmouth Castle, Bayard’s Cove and ferries across the river to Kingswear, where the steam train runs to Paignton. The area is a haven for walkers, foodies and families, with Blue Flag beaches such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands close by. Parking:
The rental includes a parking permit for Mayor's Avenue Car Park (approx. 5 mins walk). Street parking is also available directly outside the property – unrestricted in winter, and in summer available overnight and for up to 2 hours during the day. You can pull up outside for easy loading and unloading at any time.
