"Great value for money. Small hotel with 4 rooms. Personal service. Great view of Kanchenjunga and Sleeping Buddha from balcony. Clean room, bed, sheets and bathroom. Heated bed was great. Woollen pillow cover was a nice touch. Ranjit provides good service and will make you tea and a nice breakfast. Difficult to find the hotel but call in advance and they'll send Ranjit to pick you up. "

"The rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. They need to make the hotel more friendly for the people with disabilities. They need to put side rails up and make the hotel more wheel chair accessible. Furniture is old, basically to maintain the colonial heritage, but still the furniture could polished to look new. Otherwise no complaints. They just need to make it more friendly for the DISABLED since it’s on the top of a hill."

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. "It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Sumitel Spa n Resorts. Everything was as per our expec tations. There should be some improvement in toiletry items. Towels were old and to be discarded now. Comid lid was not fixed properly. But overall we liked the ambience. And the most beautiful part is that you can see the beautiful view of Kanchenjunga from your rooms. Thanks. "
