"The bed was very bad, not flat but sunken in the middle.
Outside spots, 4 of them, were completely lighting up the room and the only way to block the light was to slide a plywood wall in front of the window.
Unfortunately that wasn’t enough to also block a very loud noice/constant tone that kept me from sleeping.
So I left the hotel a few hours after arriving, at 1 am in the night. I tried to get the prepaid breakfast (25 euros) refunded, but they said that it wasn’t possible.

They would cancle our reservation on the same day of arrival, we could there for either reschedule our stay or get a full refund.
We were on our way to Portugal, and had a deadline, therefor couldn't we reschedule, and wanted our money back.
