"Overall the house was clean nice but was disappointed about the miscommunication of a four bedroom that was really a three bedroom where one of our guests had no privacy when people walked up and down the stairs trying to sleep. Had a hard time getting checked in got in from a long eight and a half hour drive and couldn't find my paperwork that I submitted but found my ID finally took 20 minutes to get into the house needing to use the restroom very badly person in the office so I spoke with it...

"The house was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed attending a UGA football game on a very hot day to come back to the house, enjoy the pool and grill hamburgers. The communication with Christian was great. He was very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this house. "

"This was the perfect spot for us to spend parents weekend. The home is well stocked ,clean and has a great open floor plan. We spent quality time with our UGA kiddos , we enjoyed staying in and watching the dawgs ! Lovely home with lots of space to share with friends and family. "

"The home is in great proximity to UGA. The home is large with spacious bedrooms. It's also nice that each bedroom has its own bath. When you have a lot of people, there isn't a concern over lines at the bathroom. There's also a large parking pad. We were able to fit 4 medium to large sized SUVs with some room to spare. The owner was easily accessible and very pleasant. We will definitely visit again! "
