After arrival, we found out thatc the TV was only able to show one channel. Next morning, before going into Washington DC, we told the front desk. When coming back in the evening, nothing had happened. Same thing happened three days in a row, before our sheduled departure.
We could of course survive with out a functional TV, it was more the lack of taking action, which annoyed us."

Also, my daughter forgot her AirPods in the room and the hotel staff turned them in so I was able to retrieve them for her. I thought they were going to be gone forever. Thank you to the wonderful and helpful staff! Marriott will always my go to from now on!"
