Hotel i Dangui Colony, Mapusa

"Hot water had dirt in it but they solved it?"

"Very nice experience "

"Meget meget dårlig hotel, lever slet ikke op til en 5 stjerner hotel. Dette hotel må maksimalt have 3 stjerner og gerne renere værelse."

"First impression was good. Got their favorit cookie and the staff were very polite.Room looked as well fine. Next day we wanted to relax at the pool which looked nice on the pictures. In the morning there were a croud with young people moustly with their t -shirts on and the pool was quite small.Later we got a chair but swimming was not so pleasant , as it stinked at the far end. after pool we discovered that cloth dryer on balcony was so rusty that we hardly could open it.After pool I wanted...

"Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended."

"Good property, location, and staff"

"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime."

"Vi tilbragte 6 dejlige dage på dette hotel, som helt levede op til vores forventninger. Vi vil dog fremhæve den enestående venlighed og service på hotellet! Vi kunne nævne mange navne men specielt Komal, Noella, Vitelle, Kaveri Burilla samt chefkokken Dattaguru gjorde en stor forskel for os. Vi glæder os til at komme tilbage til hotellet!"

"Very nice but little far from the beaches"

"We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We...

"Just stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and loved it. The property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are a little on the small side so I suggest spending a little more for a bigger room. Pool area is clean and tidy with nice beds and a swim up bar. There are not many beds but we never had problems getting one every day. Lovely pizzas, good cocktails and fantastic happy hours. Spa prices are not dissimilar to those in town so we opted to use the hotel and wasn't...

"Just wow. My husband and I stayed at this hotel in North Goa and loved every minute of it. The service was outstanding, with real attention to detail, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for, and we really enjoyed the spacious room. You will not regret booking a stay here, trust me! "

" Super service, Rooms are clean , BF nice "

"en rigtig god oplevelse - service udført top professionelt - skøn swimmingpool på toppen af hotellet - dejlig beliggenhed lidt i udkanten af byen. Skøn mad i Latitude restaurant - har ikke prøvet de andre."

"Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property"

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!"
