Original house with loft in Dalpe (Maison Dalpe)

Located in the heart of Dalpe, this charming flat represents the perfect blend of modernity and Alpine tradition. Upon entering, we find ourselves in a large open space that serves as a living room, where the wood-panelled walls create a warm and cosy atmosphere. A comfortable sofa is placed in front of a TV, ideal for relaxing moments.

One area is dedicated to the modern fireplace suspended from the ceiling (PLEASE NOTE: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!), surrounded by sofas that invite one to gather around the fire during winter evenings. The dining table for six is perfect for dinners with friends, and a play area with a table football provides entertainment for children or groups of friends.

In the same open space is a fully equipped white kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, to make meal preparation a pleasant experience.

The walls are adorned with black and white photographs that tell the story of the place, adding a touch of charm and nostalgia. The entire space is lit by large windows that allow natural light to enter and offer a charming view of the surrounding landscape.

Going upstairs via a beautiful staircase, we find a large mezzanine with two double beds. One of the beds is positioned in front of a large window that offers a breathtaking view of the greenery, creating an atmosphere of serenity and tranquillity, suitable for resting. The room is completed by spacious wardrobes for clothes and personal items.

The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, toilet and shower.

Outside, the flat boasts a private garden, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and panorama of Dalpe.

Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast.

Fast Wifi is free of charge and available to guests.

Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Any commercial activity inside the flat is forbidden.



The flat has an uncovered private parking space available in front of the house and other free public parking spaces in the vicinity.

Surroundings:

Dalpe is a picturesque mountain village, immersed in nature and surrounded by meadows and larch and fir forests in the Leventina Valley. It lies at the entrance to the Piumogna Valley, with its Pizzo Forno and Pizzo Lambro peaks: here you can experience the mountains in all seasons. There are numerous trekking and mountain bike routes.

There are also many winter trails for snowshoeing, \"the wolf\", \"the marmot\", \"the hedgehog\" and \"the squirrel\", varying in length and difficulty.

The Sciovia Bedrina Dalpe is a family-friendly ski resort, thanks to its beginners\' slopes, which are suitable for first steps on skis, and its toboggan runs.

Dalpe is 13 minutes from Faido, the largest municipality in the Leventina region, and can be reached by car in 13 minutes. Here you will find 3 supermarkets, a famous bakery that bakes typical products, 2 pharmacies, a butcher\'s shop, and a dairy selling local products.

Among the most visited natural landscapes in the area are the marvellous Piumogna waterfalls, very popular with tourists in summer.

Chironico, an important destination for climbers from all over Europe, is 25 minutes away: it is here that many sportsmen come to boulder in the Bouldering Area created thousands of years ago.



How to get there:

From the A2 motorway, take exit 42-Quinto and set your GPS: in about 15 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train, get off at Biasca and take bus N.120 direction \"Airolo, Stazione\" for 23 stops and get off at \"Rodi, Colonia Von Mentlen\". From here, take bus No. 117 direction \"Dalpe, Villaggio\" for 7 stops and get off at the \"Dalpe, Villaggio\" stop. Walk 3 minutes to reach the house.
