The main residence provides a series of private bedroom suites, each arranged with a sense of space and calm. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a sitting area, spa-inspired bath, gym, and direct access to the outdoors. Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully placed for privacy, with elegant finishes and easy access to luxurious baths, and a full laundry room offers convenience for those never ending pool towels.. A separate 1,034-square-foot guest house brings even more flexibility, offering a full kitchen, living room, spacious bedroom, and private bath — ideal for extended stays or guests seeking a quiet, independent setting.

Outside, days unfold with endless ease. The heated pool and spa serve as the centerpiece, surrounded by sunny terraces, shaded seating areas, and a summer kitchen that invites al fresco meals and evenings by the fire. Beyond the immediate outdoor living spaces, the property’s 4.5 acres provide a private, expansive backdrop for strolls, lawn games, and animal sightings — all within easy reach of Dallas and the vibrant energy of nearby Forney.
Located just outside the vibrant energy of Dallas, the estate offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to everything the area has to offer. Explore the historic charm of downtown Forney, known for its boutique shops, local dining, and welcoming atmosphere, or head into Dallas for world-class museums, cultural attractions, and upscale shopping. Nearby parks and lakes provide endless opportunities for boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation, while the region’s celebrated golf courses and event venues are just a short drive away.
The base rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Want to bring a pet? No problem, it's just $300 per pet per stay.
We may be able to host events depending on the type of event, number of people and number of cars. Check with the host for details. The typical cost is $30 per person and must be approved by host.
No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 10:00 pm.
4. Any outside amplified music must be preapproved by host.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. There is ample parking for several cars on our property. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
14. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
16. The pool is open year-round. Our maintenance team comes at least once a week to ensure the pool remains in great shape for guests. They will typically be in and out within a half hour or so.
17. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.
