This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your long or quick stay. The apartment comes with insanely fast Wi-Fi at 200mbs and free parking in the garage. During your stay you can look forward to enjoying a gorgeous pool, gym, and other essentials at the common areas. Keep in mind, this unit is only 15min away from downtown Dallas, fair park and the American Airlines Center
The space
This is a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartment which can easily sleep 3 if needed. The kitchen consists of updated appliances along with a jail broken 4K Firestick which will allow you to watch any show or any movie you desire.

PARKING
You will have access to a community parking when you receive check in details. Be sure to park there when you have the key fob to avoid any risk of getting towed.

Additional rules
I am a welcoming host who looks after the well-being of guests and the property. I have the following house rules in place, so you know what the expectations are during your stay. If you have any questions, I am happy to answer them.

-Check-in and Check-Out Please follow listing advertised hours. I am happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests at a fee when possible and based on my cleaning schedules. Please let me know in advance for higher chances to get approved. All I ask is that you lock the door prior to leaving. You are a guest. You are not required to do any sort of cleaning. Yes you read that right haha. Amenities: Refer to the “guest access” section on the listing. There you will find the policies and rules on using available amentities. (I.e. pool, fitness center, and others, if available in the complex/building).

-Parties are not allowed. For other types of Events or Gatherings you will need authorization. Extra cleaning fees may apply.

-Occupancy limited to the “Number of Guests” displayed in our listing.

-Smoking/Vaping is not allowed in the -Drug use is not allowed on the premises.

-Please be respectful of other tenants while in the common areas and shared spaces.

-Maintenance issues are handled as soon as possible. Please understand for most general issues I need to rely on the property management maintenance. Their times may be different to ours, so I appreciate your patience. For emergencies we will work on a scenario basis to get it resolved.

-House rules violations are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

-we assess the cost of losing the next guests reservation if this is the result of a house rule violation.

-Unauthorized overstay: $50 for each unauthorized 30min. There Is a grace period of 15min if you are running a bit behind.

-Parties: $500 cleaning fee + unauthorized visitors fee.

-Unauthorized visitors/events/gatherings: will charge a $35 fee per day/per person. To avoid this, please let me know if you will receive visitors. For authorized events/ gathering we may need to assess an extra leaning on a per scenario basis.

-Smoking/Vaping: $500 cleaning/odor removal fee.

-Keys/Fobs not returned or damaged: $100 replacement fee.
