→ Smoking Violation:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A fine of $1000+ will be imposed for any violation of this policy. This charge is for odor removal and deep cleaning.
→ Condition/Cleanliness of the house: Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow basic cleanliness standards will result in a fine of $1,000 or more. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving trash scattered, food spills, damage to furniture or appliances, or any condition requiring excessive cleaning or repair beyond standard turnover.
→ Unregistered Guests:
All guests must be registered under your booking reservation. A fee of $50 per stay will apply for each unregistered guest.
→ Pets policy: Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
$149 charge per pet will be charged. This is for deep cleaning and to keep the house allergen free for future guests.
→ Any pet over 25 lbs has to be approved through the host.
Any violation will result in a heavy fine to deep clean the house and repair any damages.
→ Service animals are exempt as per guidelines. There will still be a $149 pet cleaning fee per pet for deep cleaning.
→ Please note that while a Smart TV is provided, streaming services are not pre-signed. Guests are encouraged to utilize their own login credentials for access during their stay and ensure to log out upon checkout.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Parking
Free driveway parking only.
Do not block alleys, driveways, or trash bins.
Guests
Registered guests only.
Unlisted visitors = $100 per person/night.
Booking guest must be 18+ and stay the entire reservation.
Pets
Dogs only (no cats).
Max 2 dogs per stay; over 25 lbs need approval.
Pet fee: $329 per stay.
Unauthorized pets = $500 fine.
Service animals welcome (cleaning fee still applies).
Noise & Parties
Quiet hours: 10 PM (Sun–Thu) / 11 PM (Fri–Sat).
No parties or loud gatherings.
Unauthorized events = $1,000 fine + cancellation.
