Additional Rules
1. Absolutely NO smoking. $500 Smoking Fee Violation.
2. No illicit drugs and/or drug use allowed on or inside the property.
3. No parties or events. Noise restrictions: no amplified sound between 10 PM and 9 AM No outside congregation during those times either - There shall be no more occupants allowed on premises than stated on permit
4. Vehicles shall be parked on driveway only: there shall be no vehicles parked on the street.
5. I ask that you respect my neighbors’ privacy and monitor noise levels after 9pm.
6. Checkout by 10am.
7. While there is thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, I kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper prior to leaving.
8. Report any accidents. I understand that accidents happen, but I ask that you please make me aware if/when they do.
9. There shall be no advertising or promoting a special event or allow the advertising and promotion of a special event to be held on the premises.
10. Host shall be contacted if there are questions or concerns.
