You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??"

"Amazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! "

The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "
