Stepping inside this beautiful, detached lodge nestled in an elevated position with views down to the estuary and surrounding countryside. The hall is, the perfect space to store your outdoor clothing. Next is the spacious lounge with a vaulted ceiling and large A framed picture window. The delightful and welcoming lounge area features a comfortable sofa’s where you can unwind and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV and enjoy the view. On chilly evenings, cosy up in front of the wood burner after a day exploring the beautiful surroundings. The open-plan kitchen/diner is perfect for sociable occasions, prepare a family dinner in this generously equipped kitchen with all you will need to rustle up a bite to eat with local produce purchased on your travels. When ready, set the dining table and enjoy a home-cooked meal whilst planning your holiday activities. On a sunny evening open the patio door to the small balcony area with a table and chairs for two. In the hallway entrance, there is a separate WC and the downstairs bedroom has a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and patio door to a small balcony area, with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. Heading upstairs you find two light and bright bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a family shower room.
Venturing outside there is a lovely wrap around garden with views of the estuary to admire the sunsets with a table and chairs for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing. The sloping lawn leads you to the summerhouse. There is parking on the driveway for three cars.
