"The hotel front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank Alan for assisting me in resolving the cancellation issues due to my sister’s ankle fractures. He was very responsive to Expedia’s requests and helped ensure that I received the refund in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Alan, for your outstanding assistance!"

"This is a great hotel to stay at. We would go there again."

"God service fra start til slut. Flot stort værelse, lækker morgenmadsbuffet, god placering i Taipei.

"Good value for money and great location. Service at breakfast could improve but overall a good stay. The doorman did an excellent job and same as staff at receptionen when we were checking out "
