"Wow! Great hotel with personalized service. Staff is wonderful! Centrally located in old Quebec! Make sure to get drinks at Bijou, Andrew is quite the mixologist!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room and service were both fantastic as was the location. Would highly recommend."

"Sleek and cozy at the same time. Great location for exploring the old city! Staff was super helpful and the valets didn't hesitate to help when I needed things from my car."

"Lovely little hotel, nice staff, great atmosphere.. felt like a private and personal arrangement/visit."

"Excellent breakfast. Clean room. Quiet hotel. Small room for the queen room, and get ready for stairs. Mini fridge made a weird noise. Location is perfect."

"Tout était parfait, sauf que lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre 103 (4h plus tôt que le check-in habituel, ca c'était vraiment génial), le plancher de la salle de bain était très graisseux et glissant c'était pas super. Le seul autre point négatif était que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer un peu et que l'insonorisation était pas super, mais cela n'a pas affecté notre séjour tant que cela. Le personnel etait gentil tout était propre. je dois dire une mention spéciale...

"The hotel is in a great location and is very quaint. The staff are very friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. It feels like you are staying in a period home rather than a hotel, which is welcoming. You should be aware that the bathroom is very small, with only a hand sink. Also the bathroom door does not fully close and so privacy is very limited. There are no plugs or sockets by the bed. Also the breakfast can become repetitive if you are staying for more than a few days. Overall a...

"Great hotel. Nice rooms and great service. Note that the entrance has stairs. Probably not recommended for people with disabilities or similar restrictions. "

"Great location and amazing staff"

"Great location, inspiring building. Check-In was not good, room was dirty, please clean windows and dust the room. Expensive for what is provided, the bar experience was horrible, if you just wanted to see the bar during operations, we were told to go outside and look thru the windows. Needed a reservation just to be seated in the bar area."

"My first solo trip, and I couldn’t have picked a better destination or place to lay my head! 🧡 I wanted a true local experience rather than your typical Marriott or Hilton, and Hotel Boutique Ophelia did NOT disappoint! The staff was incredible! Although they aren’t on-site, they respond so quickly to every call and message. The daily check-ins were also such a thoughtful touch! The room was SOOO stinking cute, comfortable, and clean! It truly felt like my home away from home for the four...

"Absolutely amazing place to stay in Old Quebec! The location is unbeatable, with shops, restaurants, and cafés just steps away. The loft is beautiful, spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, with a lovely spacious bathroom. But the absolute highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace! We enjoyed it at every time of the day, from having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise to relaxing in the evening and taking in the sunset over the beautiful skyline of Quebec City. The...
