- Fully equipped kitchen with a large electric range (5 burners, warming drawer, oven...), dual dishwashers for your convenience during large gatherings, high-end American-style refrigerator, Magimix food processor and pastry mixer, SMEG coffee makers (ground coffee) + Nespresso (single-serve capsules)...;

- Accessibility: ground floor with access for people with reduced mobility (PRM) – adapted environment;

* > You have the option to rent the entire property (barn & house) along with the outdoor areas, upon written request via email to the Conciergerie Gaillarde team (subject to availability—rates based on a personalized quote)

** > Parking is available for both accommodations (barn and house). It includes 7 shared parking spaces. The lot is fenced and therefore secure but not under video surveillance. Two electric vehicle charging stations are available to guests of both accommodations in the private parking lot.

*** > The swimming pool on the property (10x5) is a common area shared by the tenants of both accommodations. It is available from May 15 through August 31 of each year. It is available 7 days a week during this period, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It is fully fenced and secured with an electric gate (EU standards). It is heated during the period mentioned above (the temperature, even when heated, may vary depending on favorable or unfavorable weather conditions).


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The bocce court is also a shared area of the property (12 bocce balls provided);
- External contractors responsible for maintaining the grounds, pool, or spa may need to access the property during your stay. If this is the case, you will of course be notified in advance and provided with an estimated time frame for their visit.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire barn to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.


## Interaction

The Conciergerie team will not be physically present on-site but remains reachable and readily available in case of any issues.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week until 11 PM via messaging on the booking platform or by phone.

LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you will receive your personalized digital guidebook. It is packed with our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafés, must-see attractions, and well-kept secrets for living like a local. You will also receive special offers from our partners.

SERVICES ON REQUEST: Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any special requests (baby bed, high chair, taxi reservation, etc.). We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
