"Godt hotel til kundebesøg"

"Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their...

"Dejligt hotel tæt på lufthavnen"

"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."

"The food was excellent"

"A perfect stay for 3 days fishing . The room was amazing / the breakfast superb and served by very pleasant helpful girls !! Also great value !! Parked 80 yards away ( no problem ) . Couldnt fault the Guest House in any way at all !! We will definitely be back now we know how good it is !!!! Well done ALL the staff Regards Malcolm Davis and Steve Barton"

"Hotellet har en super beliggenhed, hvis man vil ud og opdage området Heref+Worcs. Dejligt at komme hjem til de brede + bløde senge. Altid rart at kunne lave en kop te om aftenen efter en dags sightseeing"

"Centralt beliggende men slidt "

"Usual good standard, no issues at all."

"Nice and quiet, always have a good night sleep at the Bankhouse. Really enjoy the pool, sauna, and food too ☺️"

"Rigtig sødt, imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmad var helt fint, men ærgerligt der ikke var pandekager første dag. Rigtig fin beliggenhed"

"the property was set in a grate location for all the local amenities and roads, the interior was full of rustic charm."

"On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you"

"Stayed here before and on the whole it's ok. It is pretty soulless. The room we were given this time was tiny! You had to shuffle sideways to get to the other side of the bed. I've not stayed in such a small hotel room in the last 20 years. Certainly it is not in keeping with a modern 4* hotel. When I mentioned it to the receptionist on check out, there was a half hearted apology and not much else."
