Tivemos uma experiência não tão boa quanto achávamos que teríamos! Trocaram nosso quarto previamente reservado e sabido por outro. Quarto muito pequeno, banheiro minúsculo O atendimento de restaurante não foi bom no jantar. Café da manhã também com atendimento péssimo! Erraram nosso pedido, demora, dificuldade em vir garçom. Falta chocolate quente. Enfim

Gorgeous, historic hotel with outstanding service. Everything about the Monestario Hotel is top notch. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, large, and well equipped with everything you need for the most serene stay imaginable. The restaurant is excellent, the grounds, garden, chapel, and entire hotel is a work of art. It is expensive but highly recommended for a truly unique and memorable experience.

It's a beautifully designed hotel, feels very relaxing and zen, one thing that I didn't like was everything being charged in usd , only place in Peru charges usd for food , drinks , etc, I found the restaurants overpriced.

A stunning over 300 year old hotel former seminary and training ground for Peruvian indigenous artists which is a museum in itself. An art tour was given by an older indigenous man who trained there and shared the history of the people, the art and the meaning of so much. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which maintains the history but has modern amenities. The dining is accompanied by instrumental music. The service the accommodations, food and history made this a most memorable stay

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel très aimable et serviable comme dans un hôtel de luxe. Meubles et intérieurs très classiques. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de piscine malgré toute la place dont dispose l’hôtel et que l’on ne puisse pas prendre le petit -déjeuner dehors.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I had stay before. The service and attention to detail was out of this world. I got sick from the altitude in Cusco and they assisted my daughter in everything until I was better again. Ex,, oxygen, soup etc. I fell so happy I stayed here with my daughter. Will be back for sure

The property is spectacular. Our suites were lovely. The service is attentive, courteous, and thorough. Ever staff person with whom we interacted offered to assist upon encountering us, and followed up when asked for assistance. Superb all around.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The property is unique; a renovated monastery with original frescos and paintings and an ornate chapel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the furnishings match the overall ambience of the property. The bathrooms are modern and spacious. Finally, the management and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Overall, a five star experience.

O hotel é lindo. O prédio histórico e cheio de obras de arte. O quarto super confortável. O café da manhã excelente e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém, os preços praticados no restaurante, no bar e nos passeios são extremamente caros. Não tomei nenhum drink no adorável pátio do hotel.

The property is beautiful, perfect location. The staff go beyond and above to make you feel confortable. Breakfast is excellent! Will come back for sure if back in Cusco.

The hotel is excellent. Conveniently located in the historic Cusco center within walking distance of the main attractions. The hotel is a beautifully restored monastery, you can feel the peaceful ambience walking through its galleries, salons, and gardens. Our rom was very comfortable. The hotel staff is super, they pay attention to every detail, they explained us historical details of the hotel, the city and the region. Dining options are excellent, from the classy El Tupay, to the relaxed breakfasts and lunchs with garden views at Illariy, room service is convenient too. I’m glad we chose this hotel, it is a gem in Cusco.

Bedroom was perfect . But the problem is we got a tough cold because of the very cold temperature in all public areas . It is really too cold . Bar , breakfast rooms , lobby .....
