The Space
Welcome to your vacation home, ideal for two families seeking privacy, featuring 4 double bedrooms spread over two floors, 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and two full bathrooms. However, the house also features incredible common areas designed for 8 people to spend time together, enjoy a stunning, recently built saltwater pool for adults and a children’s pool integrated into the main one, as well as a barbecue area shaded by a pergola, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and aromatic herbs. In the garden, you’ll find a ping-pong table and a portable pool table for the entertainment of both children and adults. The 4 double bedrooms, bathed in natural light, are equipped with closets, bedding, and towels (professionally cleaned). All rooms have air conditioning. Traveling with children? Cribs and high chairs are provided (upon request).

Your Mediterranean getaway will take place between the comfort of this house—a private oasis—and the beautiful beach at Cunit-Valparaíso, a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can also get there by bike (available upon request). Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away.
Cunit is an ideal destination for family vacations, and the house is strategically located in a residential area. The beach, awarded the “ Azul, ” flag, offers a wide variety of restaurants. You’ll be a 5-minute drive from the Port of Segur de Calafell, just 15 minutes from Sitges—known for its stunning beauty and cultural life—45 minutes from Barcelona, and 40 minutes from Port Aventura. While the area is well-connected by road, you can also choose to travel by train; the station is a 15-minute walk away. Wineries offering wine testings are between 15 and 30 km from the house. Feel free to share your vacation interests when you check in; your host knows the area very well and will be happy to help make your vacation unforgettable.

Gardeners and pool technicians visit the house once or twice a week to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
