"Perfect location in a quaint neighborhood."

"It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Darius was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed."

"Great neighborhood. Very clean and cozy home. "

"The property was nice, Bathrooms were a little tight. No central air, but the bedrooms had window units, so sleeping was ok. could have used some more cooking utensils.overall we had a nice stay."

"Overall a great stay and area for recently moving to Rhode Island! Thankful."

"Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return."

"The space was clean and had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. You can't beat breakfast on the deck and coffee by the water! Wonderful stay."

"This is the ideal place to stay before or after an event at Gillette. Our stay was wonderful!"

"This is a very nice property in an excellent location for visiting Brown in downtown Providence. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable to suit our needs. I would highly recommend this property for a group visiting Brown university."

"We had a wonderful stay and were so glad we booked this place, especially as a last-minute trip! The home was exactly as described, clean, neat, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Everything was well-maintained and it made for a relaxing stay. One of the unexpected bonuses was discovering a fantastic breakfast spot just a 3-minute walk away, which made our mornings even better. "It was a very nice little place with a convienient patio deck."

"Host very attentive to our needs. Set up a wonderful fire in the outdoor fireplace that we really enjoyed House is lovely and just what we needed. We will be back.Thank you"

"Great place to stay while attending a family event! Comfortable, spotless and well-appointed space. Plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Communication with owner was excellent. Thankfully, the owner was home when I arrived and was able to let me into the apartment. The remote door lock accepted the entered code, but would not open because the dead bolt lock was engaged from the other side of the door."

"Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean and welcoming"

"This home met our family's needs in terms of space and location. However, the property feels a bit dated, and we noticed it wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Thankfully, the host was excellent—highly accommodating, easy to reach, and very quick to respond to our messages."

"The property is fantastic indoors and outside. Beautiful view and amenities. Very close to the town, very short walk. Town has many nice restaurants. The only negatives, and maybe just me, the stairs are steep. The trains coming by was something we got use too. Don't let the stairs scare you away, I have neuropathy in my right foot and I didn't have problems with the stairs. Great place."

"House was great, as described, and all we could have asked for. Kitchen and bathrooms felt brand new and location was so convenient. I great stay!"

"Perfect location to experience Bristol!"
