"We had a great time. The property was conveniently located with lake access. We were able to take our boat with us and have some time with our grandchildren. "

The dock is very nice and it was in a great location to other places on the lake. There are a decent amount of stairs to the dock but expected as this is common for smith lake. I’ve stayed in other locations where the steps to the dock were crazy and you would be exhausted by the time you got to the lake, or back to the house. "

"My family and I had no problems finding or checking into the property. The yard was beautifully maintained. However, once in the house, we discovered that the AC was not working properly. We contacted the owner who gave advice on how to set the thermostat, but when that didn't work she immediately sent someone to work on it. Repairs somewhat helped but did not completely solve the cooling problem. Other minor annoyances were several lights did not work in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as...

"This house was the perfect location for us…only blocks away from the church that hosted our event. We were pleased with the cleanliness, and the house was supplied with whatever we needed. One thing that disappointed was there was no coffee pot (Mr. Coffee style) as was pictured in the photo of the kitchen. I realize that “k-cups” are what’s popular, but some of us “old-timers” prefer an old-fashioned coffee pot."
