"Doorkey took 3-4 trips back to front desk to actually work. So very frustrating! No phone charging ports which in this day and age is unbelievable!! The worst and most disappointing thing were the rude people in the next room were so loud and obnoxious waking us up. Won’t be coming back. "

"The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

"Understaffed. Smells funky. Cold pool. AC unit in room did not work. Went to the desk to ask for help. There is never actually anyone at the front desk. Was told maintenance would be up to help. This was at 10.30 at night. No one came so by 11 I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. I can’t sleep in a room where the temp is 79 degrees. We were given a new room one floor up. When we got all of our stuff up there we settled in for the early morning. Went to the bathroom and found a friend...
