Great stay!,
Edt’ place is absolutely a great place to stay. The check in was a breeze as well as the checkout. As soon as we got to the place we felt right at home, the view are very very nice with a gentle breeze, we sat at the balcony and enjoyed the wonderful sunrises and sunsets The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need during the stay. The bedrooms are very confortable. Edt and Maria are nice and very friendly. Thanks Edt and Maria Jesus for allowing us to stay in you place, I am already planning for next year!

Wonderful
Stunning property with an excellent location.Views amazing and quality of accommodation was 5 star . Having a pool and beach was fantastic. Location was also very peaceful even though it is close to a train line ( great for exploring the area)

Entspannte Tage am Meer
Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles wichtige vorhanden. Auch die Traumlage am feinsten Sandstrand und der schöne Pool haben uns richtig gut gefallen. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Vorsaison war es überall sehr ruhig, leider hatten aber auch viele Strandbars noch geschlossen.

Un sejour parfait
L hote a été tres acceuillant et prévenant. L emplacement est parfait, l appartement est très bien aménagée. La vue est magnifique. C est un vrai plus de disposer des serviettes et draps des l arrivée. C est pratique d avoir les machines à laver le linge et sèche linge à disposition. Bref il ne manque rien.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung
Es ist einfach alles da was man braucht. Zentralheizung ist sehr von Vorteil. Lage direkt am Mittelmeer einfach traumhaft. Der Vermieter Edt ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns trotz sehr zeitiger Anreise weitergeholfen. Er war auch immer erreichbar wenn wir ihn brauchten. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wonderful time
We had a fantastic time over the US Thanksgiving holiday. The apartment was great, and Edt is an outstanding owner. It is located between Barcelona and Tarragona, you can drive or take the train everywhere, close to grocery and a few good restaurants, and right at the beach. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our family of 5. Thank you Edt, we'll be back!

Agréable / location située à proximité des plages
Appartement très confortable et spacieux avec parking privatif. Les plages se trouvent à proximité. De plus, la résidence bénéficie d'une superbe piscine. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Net appartement gelegen in een gebouw met gemeenschappelijk zwembad en buitensport faciliteit (voetbal/tafeltennis/basketbal) 100 meter naar het strand via looppad door natuurgebied. Grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Gelegen op een rustige locatie met wat restaurantjes op loopafstand. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Agréable séjour
L’hote de l’appartement à été très réceptif à nos demande et il nous a accueilli très chaleureusement dans son logement . Très bel appartement, séjour et partie de nuit séparé. Deux salle de bain,très jolie suite parentale . meubles de qualité , très bon matelas grand lit . Tout le nécessaire pour rester plusieurs ( manque d’un deuxieme service de couverts , assiettes, verres..) Le Plus est la magnifique piscine et le jardin très propres , et la mer à deux pas . Sitges , Barcelone sont accessibles en train .

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, und die Lage toppt alles. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles gut zu erreichen, Supermarkt in der Nähe und das Meer direkt vor der Haustür, inklusive Pool und Fußballplatz für die Kinder! Sehr nette Vermieter.

Great place and super friendly owner
We stayed off season in this property. It had what we needed for our stay of 4 adults and 1 child. In summer, this must be even better with the beach right there and still availability of a pool. Only downside is the noise made by a fan that must be circulating the air in the apartment. It is more than noticeable. Overall, I recommend this place.

Das Objekt ist perfekt wie Zuhause. Tolle Lage mit eigenem Spielplatz und Swimming Pool. Ein paar Meter weiter direkt der Strand. Besser geht's nicht. Das Interieur der Wohnung auch super. Waschmaschine, sogar Trockner dabei. Voll ausgestattete Küche schickes Mobiliar. Wifi, modernes mittelgroßes TV mit Netflix & Co.Zwei Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer. Toller Balkon und kleines Highlight auf der Dachterrasse noch ein zusätzlicher offener Balkon. Inklusive Liegen zum Sonnen. Ein Traum für den Urlaub. Ist zwar etwas abgelegen aber der gehobene Preis ist gut investiert. Auch mit Auto kein Problem da eigenes Parkhaus und Lift im Haus. Einfach nur wow alles. Auch der Kontakt ein smarter sympathischer Niederländer. Sehr unkompliziert. Hat uns trotz Flugverspätung mitten in der Nacht um 04:00h persönlich empfangen. Also wirklich ehrlich. Sehr zu empfehlen der Mann und das Haus^^

La ubicación es perfecta y las instalaciones ideales para los niños (piscina, canastas, fútbol y ping pong) además de un pequeño parque infantil. Respecto a la casa, tiene todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar (lavadora, lavavajillas, secadora, cafetera Nespresso, ...). El dueño muy atento a todos tus necesidades. Lo único negativo es la terraza del ático que las escaleras no son nada recomendables si hay personas mayores o niños muy pequeños.

Nice for our family
Edt was a wonderful host. He was very kind, accommodating and helpful. The apartment was nice and had all that we needed. There was a small issue towards the middle of the stay where the heat and hot water broke but Edt had it fixed for us the next day. The grocery store was easily walkable which was nice. I loved the fresh squeezed oj machines since 3 of the 6 of us were dealing with the flu. It was a very quiet town, not many people which had pros and cons. The people were all very kind. It was a nice view from the main floor of the beach. It was the perfect size for our family. I’d recommend trash cans to be added to the two bathrooms as there was only one small trash can in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Spain is a lovely country.

Great place to see the best of what southern Catalonia has to offer. Apartment is beautiful, well equipped & it was lovely to sit on the terrace after a day's sightseeing. Kids really enjoyed the pool too. Highly recommended!

Sommerurlaub 2019
Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen. Waren mit 6 Personen in der Wohnung. Die Lage sowie die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon und auch auf der Dachterrasse wäre schön. Die kominikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Viele Grüße Familie Sachs

Perfect for all our needs. Really quiet, clean, great mattress, and safe neighborhood.
Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the washer and drier, beautiful view from balcony and roof top terrace, and clean, up to date furnishings. It's great to come back each evening from a day of sight seeing to a warm, comfy apartment. A BIG hug and thank you to Eddy and Maria for a wonderful first time experience in Spain.

Totally amazing!!
The property is tidy, clean, and modern. Edt has taken the time to make the apartment feel as homely as possible and it contains all the appliances, furniture, and furnishings that we as a family of five required. There is plenty of space, including the balcony and roof terrace that provide options for all ages. The roof terrace was a sun trap and perfect if you want to catch some rays or just burn yourself to a crisp! The apartment itself is located between Cunit and Cubelles which provides plenty of options for food, drinks, and sea front walks. Also there wasn’t a Red Lion, Queen Victoria, or full English breakfast insight which is good if you want a break from the more touristy Spanish towns. The sandy beach is a stone throw away from the apartment and building and the pool area provided a good space to relax while the kids splashed around the pool. This was a fantastic apartment that we can not recommend highly enough! We hope that Edt will let us book again in the future.

uitstekende locatie en zeer compleet uitgerust
prima accomodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt zwembad en strand voor de deur winkels dichtbij In het appartement qas alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Contact met de eigenaar Edt verliep heel vlot en was gemakkelijk omdat hij nederlands praat.

Comfortable apartment, well equiped and super clean
We have nothing to add to the positive reviews given by the other guests. It‘s a clean apartment, well equiped and provides sufficient space for five people (we are two adults and three teenagers). The place is right in the middle between two villages, Cubelles and Cunit. The positive aspect is certainly that the beach is always empty and even on weekends not too croweded. On the other side you might feel a little bit offside as the urban life happens elsewhere. Supermarket and train station (Cunit) are in walkind distance, using the T10-ticket makes public transport affordable. There are few things which we felt unhappy about. For instance we were looking forward using the roof terrace but did it only once in the end. The reason is the lack of a sun shield and the fact that don‘t see anything when seating due to the high balustrade. Our idea was to have meals outside while having a perfect view, which didn‘t work out. Furthermore the stairway to the roof terrace is super steep and narrow. Carrying stuff up and down for meals is a real challange, I would not let smaller childgren use the stairway alone. All bedrooms are in direction of the railway, which is no problem as long as the windows remain closed. The A/C works perfectly fine in all rooms, only in the main bedroom the van is rather noisy. Finally we must confirm that the internet connection doesn‘t meet the today‘s needs. In particulare when you want to book online tickets etc. the connection is too slow. Despite the issues mentioned we can recommand the apartment without any doubts, in particulare as Edt, the owner is super supportive and gentle.

First of all, thanks for your review. We have fixed the van of the AC in the main bedroom. Why didn't you tell us when you were staying in the apartment? We solved it in 5 min.! Thanks for your comments about having dinner outside to enjoy the nice views. We tried to use parasols on the roof terrace, but the first strong wind, blowed them away. We now prepared the balcony for a nice dinner, so our guests can enjoy the spectacular views while having dinner. Regards / Edt

Lovely Week in the Sun
This is a lovely holiday apartment, very clean and tidy. It is in a very good location, right on the beach front. The sandy beaches are regularly cleaned and inspected. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with one master bedroom having an en-suite. The beds were really comfy. The furniture was in good order and everything worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The roof top terrace and the balcony were well used by us and it was great having our food outside. There was ample parking space around the building, and even a car park space in the basement car park, this was great for loading and unloading the car as the lift went from the basement to this top floor apartment. Location is very good with easy access to the beaches and a few local restaurants. A market (easy walking) was also close. In reality we did not need to hire a car as everything for a relaxing beach side holiday was so close. Even the train station was close. We would definitely come back again, we enjoyed it so much. Eddy was very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around. The pool was also very nice, and in good condition. This seems to be a place where the Spanish also come for holidays and weekends away. It has a very friendly and relaxed ambience.

Einfach wunderbar....
....der herzliche Empfang, die schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, der phantastische Meerblick, der fast menschenleere Strand, und nicht zuletzt der sehr gute Kontakt zum Vermieter. Als besonders angenehm fanden wir den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, den Lift, die kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof Cunit und zum Supermarkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. We had no need to use our car for the whole fortnight. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was quiet and easily accessed. The beach was clean and safe, easily accessible for a wheelchair user. The whole area was clean and quiet, with perfect weather. We would certainly revisit this location and use this accommodation again.

Great sea view and a very comfortable apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Cunit/Cuballes is a resort which is largely frequented by Spanish families which means that English is rarely spoken although surprisingly frequently understood. It is a quiet place on the whole with few of the rowdy bars and nightclubs one associates with the Costa Brava for example. The views of the sea from our apartment were marvellous. The flat which is situated on the top two floors of this lift served block was well equipped and very comfortable with efficient air conditioning which we were very grateful for as the average temperature during our stay was 30. C. The beach was largely empty for all except one day, a Sunday, and even then there was ample space close to the shore. It shelves gently and is perfect for small children. There are two supermarkets within 800m and several restaurants and bars within 500 m although we found Callafel to be a better prospect for eating out, about 3 km away. Barcelona is 35 km away. We hired a car and used the Ikea car park on Gran Via to park (free at weekends and about 5 euros for 4 hours on other days) as the alternatives were much more expensive elsewhere in town. There is an excellent commuter train service into the town centre from Cunit station which is about 1km away but a return trip per person costs 10 euros. The motorway toll is roughly 10 euros each way. During our stay the dishwasher in the apartment was out of action but we were assured this was on order and due for imminent replacement. The only other mild criticism I would make was that the Wifi was pretty much unusable due to a very limited data alowance. We struggled even to do some basic browsing and streaming of any sort was not possible. I pointed this out to the owners housekeeper and I would hope that this would be resolved for the future. Finally I would point out that the development runs parallel to the railway line which is directly behind the service road at the rear and there is a commercial area including shops and light industry on the opposite side of the railway, it didn't put us off and the train noise was barely noticeable but you may want to take this into account when deciding whether to proceed.

For travelling to Barcelona by train we recommend the Bonotren ticket. This is a ticket for 10 trips on which can travel multiple people. The cost of such a ticket for 10 trips is EUR 33,50. So the costs of a return trip to Barcelona is EUR 7,00 per person. The dishwasher had a short circuit and is already replaced. We checked the WiFi connection and all seems OK now. It's a 4G mobile connection with a data limit of almost 2 Gb per day. Should be enough for normal internet usage.
