Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €300 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

Facilities

• Pool: open from 9:30 am to 6:45 pm
• Guests receive 1 free sauna or steam room session per apartment, per week

• For short stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels, and an end-of-stay cleaning are included!
• Some of these residences accept pets for an additional charge of €7/pet/night or €39/pet for 6+ nights
• For long stays of 7+ nights, beds made on arrival costs between €35(However, we must be informed of the number to be made), and a full end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) is available for €35 and €59
• Bed linen and towels are included upon arrival, however, a change of bed linen and towels costs €8/kit
• Spa: only accessible to guests over the age of 16 or between the ages of 10 and 16 as long as an adult is present
