Each floor has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living and/or dining area. A travel cot with a mattress is available if you are traveling with a baby. On the garden level: You will find a spacious living room with sea views from all the windows. It comprises: - a comfortable lounge area equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi - a dining area with a table and chairs - a modern, fully equipped kitchen: electric oven, induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, hand blender... you will have everything you need to prepare your meals of conviviality

The comfort of a walk-in shower will welcome you back from walks or days at the beach. An electric towel warmer is at your disposal. You will also find a washing machine and a clothes rack. The toilet is separate. The garden is very large and completely surrounds the house, perfectly suited for outdoor games. There is outdoor parking. Private access is available on both sides of the house. From the house, you will have a view of the magnificent Pointe de Raguenez, accessible on foot for walkers and a 5-minute drive away. Be mindful of the tide times, as access is possible at low tide, but as the tide comes in, it surrounds this small islet. You can enjoy the large Aber beach, a 5-minute drive away, as well as the beaches of La Source, Le Poul beach, and more... there is so much to discover nearby.
