"The staff was very helfful. We originally had a room on the 2nd floor, but with no elevator and my daughter in a walking boot and unable to climb stairs, the lady at checkin immediatedly changed our room to aground floor with no fuss."

" Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street. "

"This was the worst experience EVER. I was shown 3 rooms and they all smelled like something died in them. The front desk clerk was very unapologetic and rude. The towels, bed sheets, and bathroom was disgusting. These rooms are nit worth over $20. The place looks like a crackhouse. "

"What I didn't like: Booked on May 6th & paid for the 2 double bed room for June 5-7th. Got there on the 5th and they did not have a room. They said they were overbooked on their double bed rooms. My guys had been driving from 8 PM the previous night to hear that. They ended up giving us 2 singles for the same price.
