Hoteller nær Crossings Maze

"Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Noon check was great too! No rush to check out."

"Nice hotel, but the rooms seamed very dated. In one room, the mirror was almost falling down, cracks in the wallpaper, noisy fridge, and a carpet I wonder how they keep clean.... And the sliding door to the toilet was tough to open. Beds was on the other Han very good, and for just one night, that's was the most important thing. Breakfast was included, but at best mediocre. Lots of other hotels in the area, in the same price range. "

"Everything was as expected!"

"Conveniently located"

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great value for the price. If you are in town and need a place to rest for a few days , you have a winner here. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean as well. The location is amazing, giant mall within walking distance."

"The room had roaches and bedbugs. The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude, didn’t want to refund my security deposit, even though I showed her pictures, and one of the workers saw the bedbugs on the bugs. This hotel needs to be shut down and I would never stay there again."

"The room appeared to be swept upon entry because the floor was clean. The room I reserved was a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. The brown blanket had holes, as if it had cigarette burns, and 3 spots that showed someone used the room, but they did change the bedding. The curtains and shades were dirty and torn; the hooks to connect the window shades were missing, which let the streetlight shine directly in my face while I was lying down to sleep. When I called the front desk worker...

"It’s a new hotel which is nice. Food at the bar was awful. I ordered the cheese fries and a chicken Caesar salad. Basic but done poorly. Wanted coffee in the morning when I woke up. No coffee cups in the room. Also, elevator floor was filthy."
