"The Orchard Hotel is a really nice place. It was peaceful and calm and set in a lovely area. There were rabbits in the gardens and a deer was spotted in the grounds.
The hotel was very relaxing, with a lot of seating and a bar in the middle. The restaurant was quiet on the day we had dinner and the food was very nice.
The room was spacious with a huge bed. There was plenty of light coming in through the massive windows and good lighting inside. The bathroom lighting was ok but not bright enough...

"Booked a double and twin room. Twin room had more recently been refurnished, furniture in double was a bit tired. Both rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a good choice of hot drinks."

"We had the most amazing weekend ! Room was very clean and comfortable - great facilities and very convenient for the wedding we were attending at kelham hall. So glad we chose this option to stay at ! Thank you James for a wonderful nights sleep after a very long day ! Great pub next door too !! "

(NB: The hotel has recently acquired new owners and an extensive renovation has commenced and as a result not all areas are accessible/usable ...... YET!)
There is no restaurant or room service available other than beverage facilities in the room.
The grounds surrounding the hotel desperately need work...
