"This is my second year staying at The Springs Hotel. I plan to make it an annual event. I am a single lady and I feel so safe, not to mention the convenience of being able to walk to shopping, dining, and the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and makes me feel like I am surrounded in luxury!"

"Liked the uniqueness of the place, felt like a quaint bed and breakfast. Guest book in the room that was a nice touch and allowed you to meet others whobhad visited the hotel. Awesome location, walkable to everything but on a quiet end of the street. As others have said, the almost sky light windows do allow the sun to really shine through in the morning but i sleep in sn eye mask so it wasnt a problem but be prepared. Property very nicely done. "The property is new and the new food court and bar next door is great. No need to get in your car to get food. They have Mexican and Italian and sandwiches. There is also a bakery and Asian and seafood all in same building. Highly recommend 💕👍"

Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local...

* cigarets and hair by chairs, on floors and on little tables by pool
* dirty broken madrasses by pool
* disgusting that smoking by pool is ok
* snotty spit and hair in pool
* no service at pool
GENERAL:
* no proper service or cleaning - we have to ask for: cleaning, clean towels, clean sheets, emptying of trash - sometimes they still don’t do it when we have asked for it - it seems like they ddon’t care about customers checked in bc we can’t leave before the booking ends anyway!...
