The Space:
Nestled just moments from one of Norfolk’s finest beaches, The Beach House is the perfect place to make special memories. From the end of the road, you’ll find a wide walkway leading you straight down to Overstrand’s glorious sands, ideal for days of seaside fun.

The house itself is detached and thoughtfully set up for a relaxed and carefree stay.

To the rear, a sunny courtyard is perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or evening barbecues with family and friends. A charcoal barbecue is provided (with one bag of fuel ready to use).

Out front, a spacious, secure lockable lawn gives children room to let off steam and dogs plenty of space to potter. There's an outdoor shower for washing off sandy feet and dogs, while a patio area invites you to enjoy sea views, afternoon games, and memorable sundowners.

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully appointed yet wonderfully unfussy home, shaped by years of holidaying with young and teenage children - and a dog! You'll have everything you might need: from generous household supplies to games, books, beach gear, and even a piano to enjoy.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Plenty of free parking on streets surrounding The Beach House is also available.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at The Beach House per reservation.

Everything you need is right on your doorstep when staying at The Beach House - whether it’s a hearty meal or a refreshing drink at the White Horse pub, a quick top-up from the Overstrand Stores, or a delicious seafood feast from the crab shack, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy local treats without ever getting back in the car. Even the Cliff Top Café, children’s playground, and car park are close by for extra convenience.

The closest train station to Overstrand is Cromer. It's a short distance away, with Overstrand being about two miles east of Cromer. You can reach Overstrand from Cromer by bus in about 20 minutes by road. Cromer Train Station has direct services operating to locations across Norfolk including North Walsham, Norwich and Sheringham.
