This elegant Victorian property is just a stone’s throw from Cromer’s town centre and beach. Boasting four floors, six bedrooms, and plenty of space it’s a good choice for a family celebration or reunion of friends who want easy access to the beach and local amenities.
Inside is spacious and cool with almost every room drenched in light from large windows. On the ground floor, a sumptuous sitting room is all tasteful decor and elegant furnishings. It’s the perfect room for the adults to socialise and relax in while the kids can kick-back on the sofa in the separate playroom. When it’s time to eat, rustle up a delicious dinner in the spacious kitchen and then gather everyone together for a sociable meal at the dining table with seating for 12 people. From the ground floor, stairs sweep up to the first floor where there’s an extra sitting room and two delightful king-size bedrooms. A further king-size bedroom and super king-size bedroom are located on the second floor while a twin and double bedroom are located on the third floor. Traditional and contemporary furnishings are dotted throughout the property adding charm and personality to every room. Outside, a fenced courtyard is perfectly set up for dining with its shady picnic benches. Light the BBQ, throw some fresh fish on the grill, and enjoy an al fresco meal.
From the property, it’s just 160 metres to the beach, shops, and cafes. During the day, stroll along the Victorian pier and catch a show at the theatre or enjoy a round of golf at the cliff-top golf course (1 mile). Kids will also love the Kart Track, play barn, and Amazona Zoo where they can spend the day getting close to pumas, parrots, and owls.
