"I was there for the WSB Convention at Golden 1 and I Loved my stay. The staff was absolutely the most welcoming and helpful group of people from check in to check-out and beyond. The location was literally steps from where I needed to be during the event. I I loved receiving text msgs informing me of the hotel’s activities and events. The only and I do mean only thing I wish was better was the bed mattress. It was way too firm and I like a firm mattress, but this one was very uncomfortable....
"I really enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room I had, had a separate bathroom which was different from other reviews I’ve seen. I appreciated the fact that their ice machine also dispensed water. This made staying hydrated very easy and I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to buy a case of water. The food options were limited but I ordered food for delivery so that was convenient! It was also a walk away from my work venue so that was a plus! 10/10...

"The property was very clean and the area wasn’t bad were didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our children…. The food in the restaurant was very good, staff was very polite
The hotel went the extra mile and honored my request of early check-in because we were exhausted with the kids and I later asked for a different room because the one we got was accessible room. The switched us with no complaints.
I will definitely stay there again… paid parking garage was convenient next to the hotel....

Thank you for also driving our shuttle to and from the airport such that we got there on time for the flight. I would just highly suggest that future hotel guests call them way ahead of time to book the shuttle service as they dont just go around the airport picking up passengers like at other bigger airports (i.e. LAX). Safe area for families.
We came on a busy weekend (friday-sunday) with a large concert taking place at the city stadium. We still just payed an average price for this top end hotel with an excellent location.
We paid for parkingservice at booking and it was worth it. Thre staffmembers are situated outside the hotel around the clock to help with car and luggage."
