The Peachtree Paradise: Hot Tub, Free Shuttle

The Peachtree Paradise is located in a sought-after building just a short walk or free shuttle ride to the base area. Enjoy the ski locker, elevator, balcony and shared hot tub!

The Peachtree Paradise offers modern comforts just a 5-minutes walk from the base area of Mount Crested Butte.

The bedrooms include a full and queen sized bed, respectively. Extra pillows and blankets are available along with small fans for your comfort. The living room is a great place to relax on the couch/chairs as you take advantage of the SmartTV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to create your own meals including oil, salt, and pepper. We provide a starter supply of standard coffee, filters, and a drip coffee maker to get you going in the morning. There is also a Keurig machine on site. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for 4!

The bathroom does include a full tub/shower as well as a private washer/dryer for which we provide complimentary laundry supplies.

This building is conveniently located just a short walk to the ski slopes, or choose to take the shuttle to town or the base area; you will be picked up at the Chateaux stop conveniently located directly behind the Timbers Building!

The shared hot tub faces Mount Crested Butte and the surrounding mountain ranges; a fantastic place to rest your muscles after a day of skiing/biking/hiking.

*Disclosures*

PETS: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are NOT allowed in this unit. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.

*QUIET HOURS DISCLOSURE: Absolutely no parties. Many long-term working residents live in this building; excessive noise outside of 8am-10pm will not be tolerated.

AC Disclosure: Please understand THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING in this building. Having said that, I do supply one small fan per bedroom. The afternoon sun does hit this condo making the balcony an excellent spot to sit an enjoy the mountain air, but it does heat up the condo briefly in the pm hours. Air conditioning is very uncommon in the Gunnison Valley; I would be happy to point you in the direction of some great local rivers and lakes to help cool you off :)

Parking Disclosure: Guests are allotted 1 parking pass to be used in the Timbers lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 1 parking pass is provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly!

Hot Tub Disclosure: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay.

CBMR WINTER DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2026/2027 Ski Season on November 25th. Closing day has not been announced, but it is typically the first Sunday in April (est. 4/4/27).

Guests will have complete access to the entire condo and will share the hot tub/amenity room with other guests.

Please respect common areas by not throwing large amounts of trash in hallway bins, ensuring doors are fully closed, and not walking muddy boots onto hallway carpet.

Please respect the hot tub area by ASKING IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO OPEN IT, showering before you enter, and respecting quiet hours.
