The space
Living room with 65” smart TV, Master bedroom with ensuite bath, queen guest bedroom with shared full bath, third bedroom with twin-full-twin bunk and a bonus half bath. Third bedroom also includes a loft with amazing views of Mt. CB!

Newly remodeled top-to-bottom and ready for your mountain getaway. Three bedrooms (5 beds total) sleep up to 7 or 8 comfortably — perfect for families, friend groups, or two couples sharing. Two full bathrooms plus two half baths mean no morning lines.

Two private balconies frame breathtaking views of the Elk Mountains. Step out the door and you're seconds from the shared hot tub and sauna — the ideal end to a day on the slopes or trails.

Two parking spaces (one in the garage, one in front of the unit) and a 2–4 minute walk to the free shuttle stop with service to the resort base and downtown Crested Butte.

Gunnison-Crested Butte Airport (GUC) is a 35-minute drive, with direct flights from Denver, Houston, Dallas, and other major hubs.

Other things to note
Please note this is a 3-story residence so stairs are required.

No Air-conditioning in CB! Summer highs can reach into the high 70's during the day but the temperature cools off at night. Fans are available and we recommend keeping windows open for airflow.

4WD with all weather tires is highly recommended during winter months. Expect steep switch back on drive to enter the townhomes.

Hot tub is open during summer and ski seasons.

No pets allowed per HOA rules.

Car must display parking permit provided if parked in the lot.

Quiet hours 10pm–8am.

No smoking, no parties or events.
