Kick off your shoes and relax in this 2000 square foot modern mountain home. This property is perched atop a hill with sweeping views of the West Elk Mountains. This is the perfect mountain escape for your friends or family to get together and unplug. The downstairs has two bedrooms, junior master with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom and the other with two twin beds and bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom also features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower along with beautiful views. The living room is great for entertaining. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace after a long day spent skiing in the winter, enjoying a soak in the hot tub, sledding next to the house, or any endless activities you can do in the summer. The living area is connected to the kitchen making it easy for everyone to be together while cooking or lounging on the couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, electric stove top, two ovens, water purifier, toaster oven, large pots, etc. You cannot beat the amazing views from the great room and throughout the home. At the end of the day you can catch the spectacular sunsets from the master deck and the first floor patio. This home has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation in the moutains.

Depending on your group and who all is skiing someone could drive skiers to the Columbine Hill ski trail (0.3 miles) at the switchback of Cinnamon Mt. Road. From there you can ski down to the base area. Another access point is to go over to the Homeowner run (0.7 miles) and ski down to the Gold Link lift. If you walk or get dropped at either of these locations, there is no shuttle needed and you are skiing immediately. There is also a free shuttle service that will pick you up directly from the home and drop you off at the base area. All information is located in the property binder.
