If you're looking for a place where you can really settle in and relax during your CB vacation, look no further.

Built in 2023, our LARGE 1,750sqft 3 bed 3 bath townhome has incredible valley views, huge bedrooms, in-floor radiant heat w/ 6 zones, a big 2 car heated garage, and a modern kitchen and bathrooms that are great for entertaining the whole family.

Other new townhomes in Buckhorn Ranch are great, but much smaller (~1,300sqft)

FOOD: Tully's, an iconic CB South restaurant/bar, and The Wooden Spoon Country are both a 4 minute walk from the unit! Tully's has live music every Saturday.

COWORKING: Walk across the street to Cement Creek Commons (.com) and get a daily, weekly or monthly pass. Work from the mountains!

WELLNESS: CB South Fitness has a variety of free weights, strength and cardio equipment, and is only a short 3 minute walk from the townhome. You can also find Morning Community Yoga classes at Red Mountain Park in the summer months.

PARKS: Red Mountain Park is an 8 minute walk from your unit and offers tons of amenities including: a skating pond, playground, hockey rink, community gardens, tennis court, soccer field, baseball field, basketball court, and dog park + over 12 acres of open space! The Cement Creek Winter Trail offers nordic skiing in the winter months and endless hiking in the summer months. You can find the trailhead 3.8 miles from the intersection of Hwy 135 and Cement Creek Road. The Huckeby Conservation Area provides access to a vast amount of scenic open space and the East River. You can access the Huckeby Conservation area from Kubler or Cascadilla Street.

GOLF: The Club at Crested Butte championship golf course, designed by world-renowned course architect Robert Trent Jones II, is 6 miles away.

OTHER: Red Mountain Liquors is the only liquor store in Crested Butte South. It is a 6 minute walk from your townhome, located between Camp 4 Coffee and Tully's.

Getting Around:
Crested Butte South is very walkable with most things being less than a 10 minute walk away and a free shuttle bus system providing access to Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, and Gunnison.

FREE SHUTTLE BUSES: A free shuttle bus provided by Gunnison Valley RTA makes 15 minute trips from Crested Butte South to Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte. You can access this bus at the Red Mountain Park on Cascadilla Street. This shuttle can also take you to Gunnison, CO. For more information on Gunnison Valley RTA bus stops and schedules please visit www. gunnisonvalleyrta .com. There are free shuttle busses provided by Mountain Express in Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. For information on their routes and schedules please visit www. mtnexp .org.

DOG FRIENDLY: We accept dogs on a case by case basis for a $40/night/dog fee. We have our own and want to share this place with other dog owners, but want to make sure dogs are not left unsupervised, stay off the furniture and carpet, and do not disturb our neighbors. Great Unit in Crested Butte South

We loved this unit!! It’s a newer build with lots of room for our family. It’s close to CB South restaurants and great coffee. Also a quick walk to the shuttle to get to town and the mountain.

Fantastic modern home

I looooved my stay at this property. It was gorgeous, clean and modern. The check in process was super easy the property manager checked in to made sure I got in ok. The house was stocked with all the essentials (tupperware, cookware, etc). CB South was a super cute residential community and it's a short 10 min drive to town. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in CB!

Beautiful home, beautiful location

Very clean, welcoming with a cafe, brewery, grocery store in walking distance. Property is very clean and furnished really well. Our kids and the one year old doodle had a wonderful time as well. A relaxing getaway with beautiful Mountain Views.
