"Fantastic stay, unfortunately only for 1 day. The staff really know what customer service and hospitality is and the place is pure luxury. The bed was one of the comfiest ones I’ve ever slept in. The rooftop pool is ideal to top up your tan and relax if you can bear the heat!"

"A great welcome on arrival and upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for our 2 week stay. The hotel was immaculate. Everything we needed was in our apartment which was serviced each day. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were excellent. Always happy to help. We had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and were welcomed buy the staff each morning. "The staff at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli were very kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the souq. However, the overall experience did not live up to a five-star standard. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned, which was disappointing. While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall luxury experience to truly meet five-star expectations."
