The property boasts 4 bedrooms - main bedroom with ensuite. Combined Dining and Kitchen, Large Living room with ocean, mountain and creek views, Free Wifi and Hubbi TV.

All adults will be required to register your details with our office.

Please note there is 5 sleeping spaces - 4 bedrooms and a sunroom.

Bedroom 3 (back Bedroom) - 1 x tri-bunk, 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (Mezzanine Level) - 3 x single Beds

The property has a large rear BBQ area and there is room for one car on the concrete driveway.

This property does not approve of any pets what so ever. As they Owner themselves has pet allergies.

There is a self contained granny flat below which is for the Owners Use only, it may be used during your stay.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
