Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of Cremeno.
Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly accommodation offers a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina, just 20 minutes from Lake Como, and immerse yourself in outdoor activities, local cuisine and the extraordinary natural beauty of the area.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, has a cozy double bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom includes a modern shower and a washing machine for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
A strong point of the apartment is the beautiful balcony with a panoramic view of the Grigna mountain and the town's main square. During the summer, the square comes alive with events for people of all ages, including entertainment for children, making the atmosphere even more lively and pleasant.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of four residential units, for a total of 17 beds. The owners reside upstairs. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood, especially during the night hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
The apartment is located on the ground floor: there are only a couple of steps to go down to the entrance. Please note that inside the apartment, at the entrance, there are two other steps.
Cremeno is a fascinating mountain village in Valsassina, immersed in an enchanting landscape that offers spectacular views of the Grigne group and green meadows that, in summer, are transformed into lively pastures. The village is ideal for those who want to stay in contact with nature, thanks to numerous hiking trails suitable for all ages, mountain bike trails and picnic areas surrounded by greenery. In winter, the proximity to the Piani di Bobbio ski resorts makes Cremeno a perfect base for winter sports lovers. With farmhouses and local restaurants that offer typical products and an authentic atmosphere, Cremeno invites its guests to discover the unique charm of Valsassina in every season.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
