You will have a two-room apartment that you will fall in love with at first glance, inserted in a very quiet environment near the sports center with tennis courts and 5 minutes from the center of Maggio, where you will find mini-markets, bars, banks and restaurants.
The strong point is undoubtedly the outdoor space, which expands the available spaces and allows you to always be in direct contact with nature. The space in front is characterized by a barrel that can be used as a table for aperitifs, while at the back there is a private terrace that can be used for lunches, dinners or simple moments of relaxation.
The apartment consists of a living room at the entrance, where you will find the kitchenette with dining table and sofa bed for two people. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (size 140x190), and a bathroom with shower. From the French window of the bedroom there is access to the private terrace that enjoys a lot of privacy.
The equipment of the apartment is complete: it comes with 1 set of 3 towels per person and sheets for each bed, washed by a professional laundry. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, including a small welcome kit with salt, pepper, oil and coffee; in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. The main equipment includes internet, TV, washing machine and dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, drying rack, and everything you need to cook at home. For the little ones and even for the older ones, there are some board games.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
